Shrimp and Crab Boil

So Today was a rainy day, Typhoon teasing us like it want to hit. We decided the perfect meal was a seafood boil.

Went to the in laws house. They have a covered outdoor kitchen, so we used their burner and started the boil. We used water, minced garlic, some Zatarain’s shrimp and crab broil bags. Sliced in some onions, garlic and lemons. Brought it to a boil. Added some sweet corn, and drank some beer and waited for it all to come to a boil.

Then we threw in the snow crab, mussels, shrimp and sausage. It was smelling good. My in laws really don’t eat seafood very much, but we’re excited at this point. Can’t forget the old bay seasoning and okra at the end.

All and all it was amazing. My father in law was happy. I don’t have an after pick, cause it got devoured. And everyone was camera shy. I will have to do this again. It was a good time. Thanks for stopping by. Would love to hear your experiences and comments. Happy outdoor cooking to all of you.
